I agree that they shouldn't cut up historical documents to put in cards.Not sure exactly what the sigs are from but I do think the whole document would be better left alone.But hey,if UD has the money,they can buy whatever they want and do whatever they want with it.

the washington looks like it could have been very important, where the jefferson looks like it might have been a letter?!?
