Here's an awesome Playoff story

I sent in a 03 Playoff Contenders EJ Henderson RC Ticket auto for redemption, after about 3 months, I received the auto, but there was a bubble in the sticker. So I sent it back to playoff to get a replacement. They sent a letter back to me stating that they could not replace the Henderson. I was a little bummed, since I'm a Viking collector. Luckily, TeamKansas came through and traded me a Henderson. Playoff had agreed to send an auto to replace the Henderson, just got an email back stating that they could send a Shaun Alexander rookie ticket, or a Peyton Manning Score Millenium Men. This is why Playoff, in my opinion anyways, is top notch in customer service.

I sent a redemption to Playoff a few years back for a Champ Bailey Contenders Auto'd RC.He never signed,so Playoff sent me a 4 page list of replacements to choose from.I ended up getting a box of 01 Leaf Rookies and Stars out of it(pulled Marino dual GU and Travis Henry RC Auto).Playoff is by far the best company I've dealt with.Now Topps on the other hand...

Wow, that's awesome, I agree, I have never had a problem with Playoff. I've only had one instance with Topps, sent in an Onterrio Smith finest redemption, sent 2 scrub players autos in return. Other than that, Topps hasn't been too bad. Now Fleer, they are borderline with me, I won't send a redemption to them again, there customer service is so up and down, mostly down. Upper Deck hasn't been to bad to me either,
