Info needed: 2003 Topps Collection football

How can you tell the difference between the regular 2003 topps football and the topps collection?

In 1999, the 'topps collection' was stamped where 'topps' normally was.
In 2002, it was the same way

in 2004, it had gold foil instead of silver

Therefore, is the 2003 version the same? Any info (and scans) would be deeply appreciated.
