Question
Not sure where to post this, so I'll do it here. I received my end of a trade in the mail today. It was packaged in a white envelope which was torn in half, and the card was missing. The envelope is stamped 'received in damaged condition.' What are the rules with receiving damaged packages? Do I ask for my cards back or am I just out of luck?

wow this is a toughy.... I would say the onus of making sure cards arrive safely is on the sender.. I know stuff happens... but I would probably try to work out an amicable agreement with the other trader
