Default A bad ebay purchase turns out good in the end!

Back in the middle of February I pushed a 2002 Upper Deck Triple Threat Gold Parallel of Fred Taylor/Mark Brunell and Jimmy Smith - you just don't see the GOLD Parallels ever especially the "T3's" because it's hard to do a title with all 3 names in it! By late March, I had to file a paypal claim before the 45 day deadline. He unwillingly sent me a refund, but I did get my money back.

Well today, May 13th, 77 days later, I finally get the package - with this sticker from the Post Office. I've done literally 4,000 transactions on ebay and still am finding out "new" errors by the PO. So #^*% REALLY DOES HAPPEN!!!

I also resent payment back to the seller.

Bottomline, as I told the seller long ago, I would rather have the card vs the money.

Have you ever received this before?!?

And the card of course - luckily not creased!

I had a card that was stuck in the feeders and the card was in a thick snaptite which was broke in 2. Got the card and what was left of the envelope inside a usps envelope explaining what happened. The card somehow survived not sure how they found my address. It was burned off

I have received about 10 or more packages where the envelopes/bubble mailers were ripped, crushed, or almost totally destroyed; placed into a clear post office bag w/ their logo; and they were included with a letter saying they were sorry.

Only 1 semi-damaged card...the rest were fine.

However, never had that sticker on any
(i have had random stickers...i know i have atleast 2 packages saved...I'll search for them later and letcha know what mine said - i think they just had the letter, though)

"I'll make sure I package your card better"
- Thank you...haha!

Here are two that I found. Both different than yours. They are both from envelopes (I couldn't find the bubble mailers...and I think I have more envelopes saved). The envelopes are still in these bags, but are facing the opposite direction.

~The one on the left (bag with blue writing), has an envelope that was stamped on Sept. 14, 2002. On the envelope, the seller wrote "Do Not Bend! Photos!"

~The one on the right (black ink), has an envelope that was not even stamped [a 37 cent stamp - i need to remember to peel that off, and buy a 2cent stamp to have a basically free shipment). On the envelope, the seller wrote "Do Not Bend"

-sorry for the bad pic, I didn't have good lighting, and the flash ruined it...

Therefore, if you send an envelope, write on the envelope "Bend This!" and it should arrive safely...?!? haha
