The Great Sports Debate Contest
We haven't run alot of contests in the past 2 weeks in a effort to return the focus of TR back to our trade forums. We enjoy running contests for our members, but we don't want our great contests to be the only reason you visit our site. Also we will be making the contests we do run, more of a challenge and directed to the members who visit TR on a regular basis.
With that said I have put together a new contest called the "Great Sports Debate". Here is how it works: I will create a topic for TR members to debate , example "Who is the greatest MLB hitter in the history of the game?" I will then post the topic and ask everyone interested in debating to sign up. I will then pick 2 members who have signed up and give them 48hrs to post their views on the topic. If you dont post your comments within 48hrs , you will be disqualified and your opponent gets a automatic win and prize. After both have submitted their comments, I will give them another 24hrs to read their opponents comments and then give a final statement. After the final statements from both opponents are given, I will then create a poll asking "YOU" the members to vote on who you thought gave the best answer/arguement! Whoever receives the most member vote wins the "Great Sports Debate"! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Weeks Great Debate Topic: Who is the best NFL player currently in the league? The winner of this contest will win this great Fleer Inscribe Randy Moss Jersey Card # to 175 !!!(shown below)  So please those interested in being a part of the contest and then reply if you would like to be considered for selection. eh, what the heck. I could use the trade bait, and while I don't know anything about the other three sports (Pull NBA or NASCAR against me and watchout
 ) but a quick hit to Sportscenter should give me anything I need.
