Rip Off.. Reported Nothing Done...

OK HERE IS THE SITUATION I BID ON THIS CARD...

ocollector OUTBID ME then he retracted his bid bidding me up to the highest amount.. so I did some checking lot at this.. same seller and he did the same thing to these auctions.. am I the ONLY ONE who thinks this is odd.. I reported him but nothing was done...(he has 45 bid retractions in 6 months)..
Smells Like SHILL bidding to me..

You are correct ..this guy is just driving up the prices...wonder why EBAY hasn't jump-ed the guy!

If you hit me with the link to report ill do it too...i dont see how you can retract a bid of 142 saying wrong amount then bidding 134 as the correct one like he did.

Looks like fraud! How about we all bid up all his cards and retract at the last minute? Guys that pull this crap need to be booted from Ebay.

For the most part from what I have seen. EBAY dosen't care as long as the get thier $$$
