HoopsCollector.com is open to the public and "any" NBA collector can join. However if you want more security and your transactions to be insured by our reimbursement policy. Then you will want to become part of this "exclusive section" of Hoopscollector.com called NBA ELITE!
Here only the time tested and proven collectors may post and trade. Although posts will be viewable to all, only the NBA Elite will be able to post and respond in this section. If you want to be considered for this elite section, please pm either myself(JSA)or gigglinrat. We are looking for traders with a Hoopscollector or TR rating of 30 feedbacks or higher. You must have clean records and not have a history of slow sending. I hope those serious collectors who only want to trade with the best, will check out and apply for this forum.
