May 2008 MOTM is an honor to be given to one of the best members of traderretreat.com. This will again be an ongoing honor, hopefully, for many months to come. So, if you didn't win this month, there's always next month to strive for.

While there are many members that could receive this award we have to get it down to one person who has been an asset to the boards in all facets of contribution. In the final voting one member stood-out in most of our minds...brads55. Congratulations for being May 2008 TR MOTM Winner.

A special thanks to our friends at Topps, Donruss, Upper Deck, Press Pass and SA-GE for their contributions for MOTM prizes. Also, thanks to the members that have provided some prizes as well. If you get a chance, support the vendors that support us at Trader Retreat.

MOTM Prize Packages will consist of the following;

Don't forget to ask for the Kama'aina (pronounced Comma Eye Naa) rate to save about 25-50% on everything you do while on the islands. Its the term locals use for local prices (yes, mainlanders do get a little ripped off without this tip ). You'll notice that its accepted in many places (shy of fast food and grocery stores). But huge savings if planning to buy knick-knacks or what have you for yourself or friends/family back on the mainland. And when it comes to a board it shouldn't cost ya more than $5-$10 to rent one (places EVERYWHERE down the beaches to do so). If you have any questions by all means throw them my way! I would gladly help ya with any and all info I can provide for a pleasant and affordable trip! The only thing I can't do, unfortunately, would be to meet up for any reason. I'm on the big island not PH. Enjoy your trip and if you want my phone number to call me for any reason/questions you have while during your trip I will gladly provide you with that through PM.
