Upper Deck's latest announcement from their Rookie Card of the Month program!!

Upper Deck has named Fred Lewis of the SF Giants as its Rookie of the Month for May. Lewis went five for five at the plate in his first game this season, hitting for the cycle, and is clearly here to stay.

Entering the second full month of the baseball season, Upper Deck is teaming up with Major League Baseball, the programs co-sponsor, to announce and exciting new MLB hobby wrapper redemption program, titled “Rookie Card of the Month”. The program will entice collectors to purchase 2007 Upper Deck and Fleer Baseball and to exchange the card wrappers for the new exclusive collectible MLB rookie card set – one per month of the season. The “Rookie of the Month” baseball card set features 6 unique cards based on those handpicked by MLB each month. The “Rookie of the Month” cards will be sent to hobby shops each month where collectors can redeem their wrappers.
