TR Chat Box Added - Silver or Higher

I added a Chat Box that TR Silver and higher can use to make trades, use for trade nights or anything else. It is a light chat, but is easy on the server. The Chat box is located towards the bottom of the main forum and can also be accessed in the top navigation bar. This chat can be used instead of sending several PMs back and forth to negotiate a trade. TR will also have some trade nights. Depending on the demand, I can add a Flash Chat to TR if people will use it. Enjoy and as always provide feedback!
