Auction Rules - read before you sell or bid
This is a list of rules that must be followed. Any violations may result in not being able to use this forum and more serious violations may result in suspension or being banned.
Seller
1. Must have member status, with 10 onsite feedbacks or special permission, to sell.
2. Scans MUST be included in the auction, and numbered cards MUST have the whole serial number listed, No xxx/150 or #/150. The item sold must be the exact item that the scan was taken of. If you fraudulently send a different item you could face suspension or banning.
3. Sellers sets the start price and picks the time that it ends. Ending time must be marked with a time zone. If an auction ends at 10PM PST, the last bid can be made at 9:59PM PST.
4. No auction can be ended early.
5. No gouging on shipping fees. $3 is enough to send 3 cards in the US plus whatever DC costs. Overseas will be more.
6. Cards must be sent in a top loader inside a padded shipper.
7. If you don't send the card after receiving payment, your name will be entered into the Bad Trader Ring and you will be turned into the Internet Crime Complaint Center for possible prosecution.
8. Bid increments will be at least 50 cents.
9. Delivery confirmation is not required but might be in your best interest.
10. Any item for auction must be in-hand.
11. No editing of the listing. Make sure everything is correct before you post.
Buyer
1. Buyer sends first! There is no sending at the same time for auctions.
2. Money must be sent in a timely fashion. Payments should be received in 7 days for US and 14 days overseas.
3. When you win an auction, it will be handled as a confirmed Trade Agreement. Non-payment could result in a suspension or banning.
4. The sellers picks the time the auction ends. If you enter a bid after that time it is void.
5. Bid increments will be at least 50 cents.
6. Unlike Ebay, when you enter a bid, it will be for the bid amount.
After the Sale
1. Seller writes a Trade Agreement as a sale, that is binding without confirmation needed.
2. When you receive your end, seller receives money, buyer receives item, you will complete trade in the Trade Manager and leave feedback the day you receive.
3. Before you leave negative feedback, you can file a dispute or contact either Dan (DLong1) or Roy (Thebighurt035) to try to fix the problem.
4. Retaliation feedback will not be tolerated!
Violation of any of these rules may result in removal of auction privileges, negative feedback from buyers; suspension; or banning.
TR will not honor the reimbursement rule on auctions.
We are a Sportscard and Memorabilia site. That is all that can be auctioned here.
