Can we get rid of the picture limit?

That is most annoying. I just posted some pictures in the Hobby talk/mail day section and I had to split it up into two diffrent posts because of the picture limit. As someone who writes his own code on occasion and has made posts with 15 + pictures before that gets annoying.

While I'm on it can we PLEASE get rid of the "previews" when the cursor is over a particular post? I tell you the honest truth, it is so annoying it almost makes me not want to come back and post and read stuff.
