Exclamation Rules under the Hoops House

Well my friends its time to lay down some of the laws around here. Making rules is never fun, but its always best to have some set quidelines whenever you have a large community. I will start with the basics and as we move on, the staff and I may add some, edit some or even remove some. If you guys would like to see a new rule added. Please contact Gigglin or I through PM. And now for the rules:

#1. No fighting No fighting No fighting- HoopsCollector is a rebirth for me, a new start. I want everyone to feel like family (like the good old days) and treat everyone as such. Please check your attitudes and egos at the hoops door, and leave all drama and trouble behind. Hoops is a place to relax, enjoy, and forget all the stress of the normal day. Cursing, racist remarks, and being a bully will not be tolerated here.

#2 Be true to your transactions - If you agree to a deal whether thats a trade, sale or buy. Be true to that transaction, send your card or money promptly. If there is a delay of any kind please contact the person and inform them. If you fail to make good on your transaction YOU WILL BE BAN FROM THIS SITE and you will be prosecuted in an attempt to recover any losses. If you have not received your card or money in a timely fashion (5-8 days is standard waiting time) than contact the HC team and they will look into the situation for you. Any trades, sales, buys completed in the Elite (approval only )section will be covered by Hoopscollector. All trades, sales, buys must be sent "delivery confirmation" or "Insured". Failure to do this will result in loss of HC reimbursement policy. All trades, sales buys completed outside of the HC elite area are not covered by the HC team and you trade, sell, buy at your own risk. Please post all transactions agreed to on Hoopscollector in our agreement area.

#3 No spamming or promotions of other sites- Promoting another site and/or asking members of Hoopscollector.com to join another site will not be tolerated. No one is to promote another site without the consent of the HC team. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be suspended. This includes any links to other sites in your signature, except to a page with your trade list ONLY on it.

#4. Do not share your hoops account- Do not share your hoops account with another person. If we find other people using your account to make trades on Hoopscollector, you will be suspended.

#5 No pornography- Pornography or any links left on the HC site leading to pornography will not be tolerated. Result of such will lead to immediate suspension. Also make sure any avartars or banners are professional and of good taste.

These are some of our basic rules. We ask that you follow them to help make our jobs easier.

Thanks
JSA

Question: I belong to a model car club, which has nothing to do with cards at all, or even have it's own message board yet...(I volunteered to run it but so far no responce)

Could I put that in my signature if I felt like it or is that a no-no?

Billy
Feel free to buddy, there may be some collectors who are into that hobby as well.
Thanks so much for asking! I love it when people ask first before doing something.
Means alot, and lets me know they care enough about me and the site to ask.

No you dont have to send delivery confirmation or insured, but if you dont you will not be covered by our reimbursment policy and you need to make sure the other party knows you arent sending insured. Delivery confirmation cost from .50-1.00 its very cheap and is a life saver if you are ever accussed of not sending.

JSA...Is there a BV limit on a trade to make it covered by the reimbursment policy?
