I need suggestions

Hello Gang

As most know my HC team and I are very commited to this site. We want this site to be very successful and our goal is to be the #1 site for Basketball collectors to meet and trade,buy or sell cards. In order for us to do that we need your help and support as members. Please guys any suggestions or changes you would like seen, please post them here so the staff and I can consider them. At the top of my list is:

1. How do we get all the HC members to log on everyday?

2. How can we attract more hoops fans to our site?

3. What can i provide to the members to make HC the #1 site to go to for hoops?

I look forward to your responses and hope you will help me make HC the best basketball site around!

Keep on doing what you're doing. I think it is going great. People will continue to come as they see what is happening here.

2. How can we attract more hoops fans to our site?

Don't really have an answer for this that wouldn't require "spamming". I think the only reasonable way would be to let it continue to go "word of mouth". It has grown tremendously in the past month. Patience grasshopper.

3. What can i provide to the members to make HC the #1 site to go to for hoops?

A set collector's forum.

this goes hand in hand with membership.. the more members, the more postings and the more often people feel the need to come back and check whats going on... to that end.. I think we need another membership drive "contest" type of thing..

2. How can we attract more hoops fans to our site?

No shame in spamming public forums. I definately dont agree with it on privately owned/operated sites. TR was built with some spamming as was SCS and HI and they are all sucessful and reputable at this point. Also, a membership drive may be in order as stated in number 1.

3. What can i provide to the members to make HC the #1 site to go to for hoops?
Everything is in place to make it number 1 for hoops. With the exception of TR and beckett, I am betting it has more hoops traffic than any other site. I personally believe its ready to explode , but with it being the off season and a lack of a true drafted superstar this year I feel Bkb collecting might be a little down. Once the season starts, and hopefully a rookie or two step to the front of the hobby action will probably pick up on its own.

1. When HC first started, I didn't really come to it often. Maybe once every 2 days or so. I think its really taken off though. I check it often each day. Its definately the best out of all the new sites. Just keep it up, the site is doing great.

2. Maybe a referral contest with a prize, but make like more than 1 person can win cuz I hate contests that take a lot of work and only 1 person gets a prize!

3. I'd also be in favor of a set collectors forum.

Here are a few suggestions....
1)like a design shop forum.People can show off banners and other stuff that they have made of someone else has made them and requests banners/avatars/websites...Whatever...If ya needed any help with that id be glad to help because i love making people free banners and avatars and maybe sometimes websites

2)I personally dont care if it happens or not just a suggestion ive heard from several members here...There shouldnt be 2 seperate forums for trading.It just feels like you are seperating members.Maybe join the two and just give the member the title of HC ELITE instead of having a whole different forum.

Give them a reason to? Keep the contests, keep evanucf doing BKB news and i see no reason why they wont keep coming.

2. How can we attract more hoops fans to our site?

Again make a reason for them to come, the security of the site, keeping the staff friendly and helpful, and above all communication. I personally think all staff and mods need to be available sometime online to help those out that need it.

3. What can i provide to the members to make HC the #1 site to go to for hoops

Everything that i said, give them a reason to be here and provide them with helpful staff and security.
