Exclamation Important - The posting rules here!!!

Hi everyone, I hope you all enjoy this new forum.
In order to make this successful, I want to lay down some ground rules for how to post here. Searching through commons is a huge pain, but if everyone sticks to the rules, it will make us more successful.

1) In order to make it easier for those who want to help you look for set pieces, the following format must be used to make a thread name:
Sport - Year (xx) or (xxxx/xxxx) Brand (Beckett naming convention).
Examples: Hockey - 2003/04 Be a Player ... Baseball - 1999 Flair

2) List card numbers that you need, and if you want more success, also list the player name. You never know how somebody else keeps their cards organized, and you want to make it easy for them to help you.

3) Keep your lists up to date! Nothing is as annoying as when someone goes through the effort to rip through commons boxes, only to find out that you didn't bother to update your want list for that set, and now don't need half of what they pulled for you. Stay subscribed to your thread and make updates as you get in cards from it.

4) Edit your top post with your want list. Nobody wants to read through your thread posts to see what you're already trading for. Keep the very first post on your thread up to date with the cards you need to make it easy for someone to look through quickly.

5) Only list one set you are collecting per thread. If you are working on 4 sets, make 4 threads and keep each one up to date with the correct title so that people can easily know whether they have anything for you or not. Once you have finished a set, PM or IM me and I will lock it or delete it, whichever you prefer.

Any posts not adhering to these rules are subject to me editing or deleting them. The only way for this to be successful is to make it easy for others to help you, and that means a lot of low-end cards that people have to work to find. I have been a set builder myself, and know the fun involved in putting one together from a single box break. Good luck with your challenges, and let me know if you need any help or have any questions/comments.
