Contest Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.
All submissions become sole property of SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. Contest runs from 12/11/07 through 1/15/08. Any designs submitted after 1/15/08 at 12:00am (midnight) PST will not be considered, but will remain the sole property of SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. retains complete ownership of all submitted designs.

By accessing or using the materials provided for this contest in any way, including, without limitation, the downloading of any photographs or copyrighted material, you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use.

Who may participate?
Any registered user of Traderretreat.com, the host site for the contest. Registration is free at the site.

Multiple entries are permitted & encouraged. Entries must be submitted under one individual name.


Design Regulations
* Only pre-approved photographs may be used. SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. has provided these images.
* Entries must be 2 ½” x 3 ½” or proportional sizes in a vertical format.
* Design must accommodate the player’s name, HIT product logo, insert theme & logo or text.
* Design may include additional information.
* Design entry must be contestant’s original, creation and may not be copied from other artists’ published works.
* By submitting a design, entrant(s) will be bound by the Terms Of Use.
Designs must be submitted electronically to Traderretreat.com at sagedesigns@traderretreat.com. PDF format is preferred.
A brief design description should be submitted with each entry.
Entries violating any of the rules will be automatically disqualified before the judging. Be sure to follow carefully all instructions.

Liability Statement
SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. and Traderretreat.com:

Reserves the exclusive right to authorize the reproduction of the First Place winning design, including various licensed products and to modify and/or reproduce the winning design at its sole discretion without compensation in addition to the prizes set forth.

Has the right to use the names and submissions of all the entrants for promotional purposes without compensation to them. Any future SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. trading card design resembling any entry to this contest is purely coincidental and will not result in any claim by entrant.

Has the right to disqualify any entry submitted into the SA-GE Collectibles, Inc./Traderretreat.com Design Contest that has the appearance of a plagiarized submission.

Judging
SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. at its sole discretion will determine the contest winner.
Judging will be based in part on overall artistic appeal and production feasibility.

Prizes
Only the designated winner of the contest will receive a prize.
One (1) sealed box of HIT 2008 Football trading cards
One (1) uncut sheet of the finished insert card series
Publication of the design winner’s name on the backs of the insert cards.



By submitting a design for consideration, I hereby certify that it is my original work and not a copy or alteration of published works or other materials protected by copyright laws.

I grant exclusive rights to SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. and its designees to utilize my artwork for reproduction and promotional purposes, including the use of the artwork on web sites or company advertisements or promotions, and to display my art. Also, I agree that copies of my artwork may be used, altered, or published as they see fit without compensation to me. I further understand that SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. has the exclusive right to disqualify any entry whose authenticity is questionable.
