Panini World Cup Soccer Stickers and Album 2010
2010 Panini World Cup Soccer Stickers and Album consists of packs of stickers and an album which is a great way to get ready for the World Cup which starts next week. All of the greatest soccer players are included of course!!! The Album itself is great fun to have and has a huge amount of information about each team, its match record that led to qualification, and the matchups that it will face in the World Cup itself. There's even room to keep score as you go along. Each page of the album has room for 17 player stickers, as well as one spot for the National Emblem Sticker and a separate page for stadium, World Cup Trophy stickers and even the Official World Cup Soccer Ball. The stickers themselves, just contain the picture of each player (no stats) and a specific place in the album for each one. The Album is a great value, and can be ordered directly from Panini for only $1. Each pack of 5 stickers costs $1 which includes shipping (minimum order
of 5 packets). Alternatively, if you order directly from Panini, you can pay .20 for each particular player that you want, which is a great way to collect only your favorite players or teams if you're not interested in all of the teams competing. It's a great way to get geared up for the World Cup and learn about one of the most popular sports events in the World. There are a total of 638 spots for stickers in the album, for the players, stadiums, etc. There are a variety of other ways to buy the stickers, including Hobby Boxes that have 50 packets of 8 stickers each (about $50 delivered).
These are the basic player stickers that come in the packs
Basic Stickers
The stickers have a clean, clear, non-action shot of each player and their flag. The sticker itself is thin, since it's meant to be placed in the album---it's not a cardboard sticker base.

Stadium and Soccer Ball Stickers
The stadium and soccer ball cards are a much smaller part of the album and the ball stickers have a foil look. The stadium stickers are a bit strange because each sticker is only half of the stadium, so you must get the other half sticker to see what the whole stadium looks like.
Final Thoughts on 2010 Panini World Cup Stickers and Album
The Sticker Album itself is a ridiculously great deal at $1. It's actually more of a magazine with some great World Cup Soccer information. The stickers can also be very reasonable, if you're looking for favorite players or teams, since they're only .20 each. But, if you're a total set collector, it can be quite pricey, because you'd need a hobby box and then another $40-50 to fill your set. These stickers are INSANELY popular---according to Panini, they have distributed 250 MILLION packets into more than 100 countries!!!
