Seeing as I never do anything small, this contest is no different. Here's the deal. Below is a list of 29 2008 Topps Opening Day White border parallels. Each is #ed to 2199. All you have to do is guess a number up to 2199. If you guess a number thats on one of these cards, YOU WIN IT. There will be 28 Different winners. Why only 28 you ask? Because 2 of the cards have the same serial #. So whoever guesses that # will win BOTH cards. Of course there are some rules
