Hey all,
I'm here to run a game we played last year. It went over rather well, so we're going to play it again. Check out this thread to see how the game went.
1st ever...The Mystery Envelope Game!!!

The rules are pretty simple. Here they are:
1) Signup to this thread to play. TR Bronze Members or higher only please.
2) Signups will end in one week from today.
3) If you want to sign up you must submit 3 cards to to play. They must be one of each of the following:
a) one game used card from football, baseball, or basketball (sorry no hockey) booking 15 BV or more.
b) one auto from football, baseball, or basketball booking 15 BV or more.
c) one RC from football, baseball, or basketball booking 15 BV or more.
4) PM me the cards you want to submit.
5) It will behoove you to submit good cards. We will rank the top cards submitted and the members that own the top three cards that get the highest votes will each receive one BLOCK! A BLOCK can be used when someone tries to steal your card. When played, the BLOCK prevents the theft of the card, and counts as a strike against the card, so if the card has 2 strikes and someone wants to take it from you, you can use the BLOCK and the card gets the 3rd strike and becomes yours.
6) All other rules from the prior game apply....strikes, stealing cards, etc.
7) No cards need to be sent to me prior to playing. Members will send out their cards to the folks that win them after the game is over.
8) The more people that sign up the merrier. The order of picking of the envelopes will go in the opposite order that we sign up. So the last person to sign up will go first. However, there is no advantage to picking first, last, or in the middle.

If there are any questions about the game please let me know.
I'll extend the signups if we don't have enough folks by next week. I'd like to have at least 8 or 10 or more. The game will probably last a week or two to play. You just have to be able to log on about once a day to play, that's it!

I'm extending signups til Oct 20th 11:59 pm. We'll close signups no matter what after that and begin the game the next day Sunday October 21st.

Should be fun....in the meantime, we need more people to play!!!!
