"Guess the Final Price" Contest

From my understanding it was whoever gets closest to the ending price WITHOUT GOING OVER. You also stated that you "CAN" use your bonus dollars, so here's what I cam up with Correct me if I'm wrong:

cdahlk2001 - 6,875 ($400 Bonus)
Using his Bonus would bring him to 7,275 = 74.98 OVER
Mastakollection - 7,100 ($400 Bonus)
I would not use my Bonus and would be the only member UNDER the amount like you said. 7,100 = 100.02 UNDER
bblair_2002 - 7,299 ($400 Bonus)
Already over. 7,299 = 98.98 OVER
Yankees1 - 7,355 ($400 Bonus)
Already over. 7,355 = 154.98 OVER

Here is what the rules say.

1. Guess the ending price of this 2000 Upper Deck Master's Collection Babe Ruth Autographed card without going over!

Bonus dollars are dollars you can use to get you closer to the final price. For instance, if you have 100 bonus dollars and you guess within $100 of the final price you win the contest unless their is a tie.

As it states, "you can use to get you closer to the final price." So:

cdahlk2001 - 6,875 ($400 Bonus)

The final price of the card was 7,200.02. Since cdahlk2001 was 325.02 under, he gets to use 325.01 of his $400 bonus dollars to place him at 7,200.01. That is the same for all 4 of the guys mentioned. I think it is pretty clear in the rules, "you can use to get you closer to the final price." You can't use the bonus dollars to get you the EXACT price, but "closer." One penny under is what all four of you got with your bonus dollars.
