why am I not eligible for prizes

Must be because I do not have enough general or trade posts. But who deletes the posts. I have posted 3 different want lists on here. Also responded to several posts. Why does the date of posts only go back to May 25th. When I first started here, I was posting quite a bit trying to work some trades. If it is due to the number of posts, then you need to get the person that deleted posts to put them back.
