PayPal Questions
So am I unable to now just use a credit card for PayPal? It is telling me I have to use a bank account as well. What is up with that???????

It has always been bank account as long as I have been set up--or at least that is how I set it up anyway. I thought the credit card was optional.
 My guess it that it is required to cut down fraud potential.
