Jackets fire president and GM MacLean
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- After six losing seasons without a trip to the playoffs, the Columbus Blue Jackets pulled the plug on president and general manager Doug MacLean.
The club said Thursday that MacLean had been fired, while announcing that Mike Priest will take over as president, and assistant general manager Jim Clark will be elevated to interim GM. Read more here.
