Ebay Paypal question
Anybody else having trouble logging into Ebay and or Paypal accounts? I have been try to bid on some cards on Ebay and an error page keeps coming up and the bid doesn't get registered, and I can not get on the Paypal site at all. I don't know if it's just my computer or a problem with those sites? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
