Who can help me? with my domain name & site set up

I just upgraded my site to a pro account with tripod/lycos.
I use a we site building program on my computer (trellex).

Now heres my problem, after I upgraded I registered my domain name at crazyderik.com ...now i cant figure out how to put my site to it. I also am allowed pop mail accounts, but cant figure that out either. If anyone has some knowledge of this kind of thing and dosnt mind helping me for a few mins... reply on here and ill try to get ahold of you via AIM. Ill give you my password and maybe you can help me get situated. It can all be done on the tripod.com site....its only adjusting my account info...nothing to do with editing my site
