Here is what I pulled in our Box of 2008 Topps Football
Base Cards and Parallels
The Look of these cards features a White Border around the Player photo. Across the top is the team name in Team Colors, each letter is in a different bubble one for each letter. Along the bottom the players name is in silver foil. The Back of the card features the players position, team, Height, Weight, Birth date, city where they were born. When they were drafted and place as well as how the team acquired them. There is also a sentence or two about the player or his accomplishments. The Rookies have there collegiate career Stats while the Veterans have their life time Stats. The Parallels of the base cards features a gold foil name instead of the Silver that is on the regular base. We pulled 23 different players of this parallel. A couple of the players are Bob Sanders and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. The other parallel is the Gold Parallel numbered to 2008.

Inserts and Parallels
There are three Trademark inserts in the set: Own the Game, Ring of Honor, and Hall Of Fame. The continuation of the Flight to 420 & Turn Back the Clock. Introductory insert sets: Topps Armed Forces Fans of the Game, NFL Honor Roll, and my favorite of the inserts, NFL Dynasty.

Relic Card
The game used that was pulled from this box is the Performance Highlights Marshawn Lynch Relic Card. The color scheme seems to be following the salute to the military. The layout seems to be diagonal instead of the usual horizontal or vertical, which adds to the uniqueness of it.
Final Thoughts on 2008 Topps Football:
Topps Football has scored a Touchdown with this release. I can recommend this set to anyone as it is the perfect product for any size wallet with plenty of punch to please all collectors. You have an opportunity to pull HOF Autographs as well as pull relic cards of today’s stars. The collation of the cards just can’t be beat as there was no duplicate base cards which allows for the set collector to complete 67% of their set with one box. I believe that this box is a great buy for the money. Overall, if given the choice to buy another box given the results of this one I would buy another 2 boxes.
