Here's what I pulled in our box of 2007 Topps Chrome Football.
Base Cards and Parallels;
I really like these cards a lot...simple but to the point and quality throughout. For instance the front of the cards has the Topps Chrome logo and team name at the top with the players name on the bottom. You can't get better or more simplified than that! The silver facsimile auto is hard to read but adds that extra touch to the front overall picture. The back of the card has a short bio and complete player stats from the players' previous years in the NFL. There is a comment on the back of the cards that tell a little about the player that may have gone unnoticed. For Tom Brady the comment is; Tom has quietly started 108 consecutive games (with 14 postseason), dating back to September 30, 2001. In that span, the Patriots are 26-5 in games decided by less than seven points. Some nice refractors of some high-profile NFL players came in this box as well. Here's the list of what we pulled;
- Refractors of Torry Holt and Ben Roethlisberger
- White-bordered refractors of Carson Palmer and Trent Green /869
Rookie Cards and Parallels;

The rookies are of the same quality as the rest of the set. In the upper left hand corner there is a new RC logo affixed. The back of the cards has the same bio formation is include as on the base cards and they also list the players total stats from each of their college years. We pulled (20) rookie cards in our box of 2007 Topps Chrome Football...here's the breakdown;
- (12) Regular RCs
- (4) Refractors
- (2) White-border refractors /869
- (1) Auto
- (1) Uncirculated
The inserts / parallels were very bountiful in this box of 2007 Topps Chrome Football. Here are the inserts we pulled;
- (1) Ring-Of-Honor (Peyton Manning)
- (7) Flight to 420 (Brett Favre)
- (2) LanDainian Tomlinson TD
- (2) LanDainian Tomlinson Running Back Royalty
- (3) Postseason
- (4) League Leaders
- (2) League Leaders Refractors
- (9) All-Pro
Autograph Card;

The autograph we pulled is of Garrett Wolfe of the Chicago Bears. Can he be the second coming of Thomas Jones! He shattered the Nothern Illinois records set by Michael Turner and could very well be a great back in the NFL. He might be a little light (177 lbs.) for the NFL, but a return specialist could be in the making.
Box-Topper;

The box-topper is a red-border refractor of Gary Russell of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Golden Gophers of Minnesota and shared backfield time with Laurence Maroney. He followed Marion Barber III as Maroneys backfield partner and that's who he models his game after. The refractor is numbered /139.
Final Thoughts on 2007 Topps Chrome Football;
This is always a great product in my eyes and there isn't much to do to make it any better. Maybe I'm a pushover for Topps Chrome products...if that has comes through here then it must be so! Except for the autographed/patch products which cost an arm and a leg, this to me is by far the best value for the money. I definitely like the autograph guarantee per box. These boxes can usually be had for between $42 and $69 on most sites that I have checked. I myself will be picking up a couple of boxes soon!
Here's how I would rate this product;
- Value = 5
- Innovation = 4
- Fun and Experience = 5
- Rebuy Value = 4
I rate this product an "A+" for Topps!
