Pack Sale rules
1. cardsbythebox will in no way send first to anyone, he is the General Manager at Sports Card Forum our sister site. He has a perfect rating of over 1,000. So that should speak to his credibility.
2. To claim a pack or packs, all you need to do is post on the thread the amount of packs you would like or the numbers of the packs you wish to claim.
3. Payment is expected as soon as the box sells out, unless it's a presell box, in which case the payment is expected one week before the go live date for the box. However, you may pay at anytime before the due date if you wish. All forms of payment will be accepted (Paypal, Credit Card, Money Order, Personal Check, Cash). Keep in mind that packs will not be sent until a personal check clears and sending cash is at your risk.
4. Once the box has sold out (all packs claimed), you are liable for the packs you have requested. By claiming packs, you are agreeing to a trade regardless if you click on the confirm trade button in the trade link. All sales will be entered into the Trade Manager so they can be tracked and monitored.
5. Negative feedback will be issued to anyone who backs out of paying for the packs they have claimed. This is because cardsbythebox has his money invested in the fact that you agreed to buy the packs.
6. You must prepay for your packs in order to claim any packs, unless you have 10 feedback on Trader Retreat (NOT transferred) AND have been a member for over 2 months. This is done because pack sales are meant as a benefit for loyal and active TR members.
7. In no way is cardsbythebox or TR held responsible for what you pull out of a pack or packs of cards. All packs come from the same sealed box.
8. All prices include shipping. However, any purchase made by a US member of at least $25 will require delivery confirmation. Therefore, .75 will be added to your total. Delivery confirmation is optional for any purchase under $25.
