Are you waiting for a 2005 SPX- Heath Miller Redemption? You need to read this...

I just spoke with UD a few minutes ago. These redemptions are being shipped, but I'm sorry to say, you aren't getting a Heath Miller. Since it's been so long, in my case, 15 months, UD is stopping the redemption process on this card and is sending a replacement of comperable value.

Here's the kicker:

A card of comperable value, yes, but it will be from one of the other UD football products and it could be from any year, not necessarily 2005. They are also including something extra because of the long wait.

They are doing the same thing with the David Greene- SPX card as well.

Well. I had that happen to me with SPX Jeremy Shockey ( I waited over 2 years) They sent me a Ray Nitske 97 Legends AU, Terrell Suggs Pros & Prospects AU, one other AU I cant remember and a Shockey SPX JSY instead of JSY AU. I hope they'll do the same for you.

Here's to hoping you get something worth while.

UD has issues with their redemption program and it should be scrapped or overhauled.

Actually it is being overhauled. The rep told me they have one person that is in charge of a team of employees. They are cleaning house on the tens of thousands of redemptions that are over a year old. They compiled a list of cards from all the 4 sports and have started cleaning them out.

Also, this process is going to take a bit of time, so if you have a redemption at UD and want to trade it towards something else, they are not accepting those requests until the end of February.

I have been waiting on 2 Mike Williams SPx Auto JSY RC for over 15 months also.

I called UD about 3 weeks ago and spoke with someone and gave him a list of 5 players and he pretty much assured me I would get at least 2 of the players.

I am happy because the Mike Williams cards are $150 BV each so I am hoping for something nice.

Stang- Cards like the Williams & Benson, they aren't automatically replacing right now because of their higher values. They are still hoping those 2 come in.

Yeah I am not sure why it is taking so long.

I don't know about Benson, but I know Mike Williams was delayed because he wasn't at the Rookie Photoshoot and they didn't have any "Event Worn" jerseys of his.

Even if you go to the UD site and look at the set and click on Mike Williams and look at the back you will see that it says "Game Worn" instead of "Event Worn".

I thought this would add some value since most Rookies don't have game worn jerseys until later in the season or the next season.

UD already has Mike Williams Auto GU in Exquisite and a few of their other sets. I just got tired of waiting, and with the chances of Mike Williams getting released from the Lions it could kill the value of the card so I asked for replacements. This was my list of choices....Peyton Manning, Barry Sanders, Tiger Woods, Ladainian Tomlinson, and Steve Yzerman.

I would be happy with any of those and I am sure if I sold them they would go higher than the Mike Williams would when it is live.

I still plan to try to snag one of the Williams on ebay when they are live though....
