Default Brady Quinn is a Bronco

vannestjc is doing the happy dance. ESPN is reporting:

The Denver Broncos have acquired quarterback Brady Quinn from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for fullback Peyton Hillis, a sixth-round pick in 2011 and a conditional pick in 2012.

What do you think?

I always liked Hillis but this looks like a good low risk move for Denver.

I dont think any QB would have done well in C-town. It will be interesting to see if it was Cleveland or he just isn't any good.

Wow...Wallace and Ratliff in Cleveland. They gotta get someone via trade or draft I would think.

I think they signed Delhomme but that would exactly make me feel good if I was Browns fan.

it seems like Quinn went to the same situation in Denver, where neither QB is elite, both vying for time. Orton may perform better with competition, but Quinn did not woo anyone during his competition with Anderson. Without Brandon Marshall, the quality of receivers in Denver is probably about the same as in Cleveland, with many of them being fairly young. I hope it works out for Quinn, and only time will tell...
