I'll talk about my favorite team, the Jets, since I know them the best.
Positives so far:
1) Cutting T. Jones. His stats were good, but mostly because their offensive line is so dominating. Greene proved in the playoffs that he should start, and now they have Leon Washington returning to the back-up role. Paying Jones $4 million made no sense.
2) Moving Kerry Rhodes: Just a huge disappointment in Ryan's defense last year. Getting a fourth rounder is nice, and now they can focus on bringing in/drafting a topflight Safety.
3) Acquiring Cromartie for almost nothing: This is the best move by far. Without the pressures of having to perform as a number one CB, he should complement Revis very well. 10 int two years ago prove how high his ceiling is.
Future: The draft is going to be really important to fill in missing holes. However, they proved with the shrewd trade for sanchez last year the GM and co. know how to work the draft.

Ill talk about the 49ers:
1. The Niners have been pretty quiet this Offseason, they havent had any big FA signings. I think that is a great thing considering the Niners have a few Key players that there rookie contracts are expiring that will be expecting big bucks in the next two years (Vernon Davis: Last year of contract, Dashon Goldson: last year, Patrick Willis: two years). By not signing big FA's the 49ers will be saving up money to give them there contracts.
2. The 49ers biggest need this year is at OT. Football outsiders did a study this year that proved the Niners had the worse O-Line in the NFL. So if the Niners decided to go after a FA, I think they should pick up LT Jarred Gaithers first round tender. He is only 23 and a proven LT. The Niners have two first rd picks this year so they could give one up for him instead of taking a chance on drafting an OT and the guy being a bust.
3. I didnt really like the David Carr signing because as you know the Niners O-Line sucks, and David Carr has has his fair share of sacks over the years. So we will see how that move works out, even if it is for a back-up role.

Truthfully, my team, the Redskins cannot do enough this off-season after the years of Dan Snyder acting like he is running a fantasy football team with Vinny Cerrato as his proxy. The team has some good left in it, based on the close finishes with a lot of top teams last year, including the Narleans Saints. The system is broken though, and hopefully Shanahan will fix it.
Top moves that need to be done:
1. Refurbish the offensive line. Years of overlooking the O-Line needs in the draft led to the current predicament. They need a few years of not drafting the "sexy" pick or signing the "sexy" free agent.
2. Get some young legs in the backfield. Portis is becoming fragile. I have faith in Shanahan and his RBs coach, especially the way the Broncos turned out RBs in the past.
3. Pick a QB and stick with him. My thoughts would be to draft one in the second round. Campbell needs a new home. The franchise screwed him up pretty good - all the different offenses he's had to learn, the attempts to part with him for Cutler and Sanchez, and the beating he took last year behind the makeshift O-Line. If I were him, I would get the hell out of there while I can still walk.
To sum it up, they need a lot of work, and it all starts with Dan Snyder running the business and not playing fantasy football with a real NFL team. GO SKINS!

Was gonna try and let it run until near the draft and see if we have more interest. Let it run another week...then remind me via PM please.
I still have them available, so don't worry.

I will talk about my favorite team the Buc's. While they had a dismal 3-13 season last they have a few positives going for them as well. Josh Freeman and Sammie Stroughter look like they can become excellent players. Many people thought that the Buc's reached for Freeman last year but he proved to be a solid pick. Stroughter, a 7th rounder, was a great value pick. This off-season they let Antonio Bryant leave via free-agency to the Bengals which was an interesting move. He had an injury plagued 2009 but was just one year removed from an 83 reception, 7 TD, 1200 yard season. He is just 29 so I really don't understand the move from a competitive standpoint but it makes sense from a financial point of view. This leaves them very weak at receiver aside from Stroughter and a widely inconsistent Reggie Brown which they traded for. The other players that left were either reserve's or on the decline. I wish the Buc's would have pursued Julius Peppers since they really haven't had much of a pass rush since Warren Sapp and Simeon Rice. With the third pick overall, and since it looks like the Rams are taking a quarterback at number one either Suh or McCoy should be available. This would be a great fit for the Buc's. They also have three other picks in the top 70 and should look to add a defensive end and also a cornerback to eventually replace an aging Ronde Barber. The other key move that they need make is the re-signing of Barrett Rudd. He brings a lot of heart to that defense and without him I think they would suffer a serious lack of leadership. Hopefully their spendthrift free agency helps the Buc's save money and that they can replenish their team via the draft.

To me it has to be Santonio Holmes to the Jets for a 5th round pick. The guy was Super Bowl MVP a couple of years ago. GREAT deal for the Jets IMO.
