2007-08 Bowman Elevation Basketball Box Break
07-08 Bowman Elevation Basketball is a high end product that offers all collectors a chance to pull many sequentially low numbered Autographs and Game Used Cards. This particular box was a hot box as I pulled a Game Used Card or Rookie Autograph in each pack. I also pulled 9 Rookie Cards and 3 Parallel Cards.

Each box contains 12 packs and 5 cards per pack.

The Bowman Elevation Logo is on the top right hand corner of the card. There are gold borders on the left and right side of the action photo with the word Elevation to the left. The name of the player, his position, and his team is shown on the bottom of the card. On the left side of the card is a white space that says Elevation. The back of the card shows the player’s height, weight, college attended, drafted by whom, which round, and pick overall. After a short bio, they show career game and season high statistics.

The Rookie Cards have the exact same design as the Base Cards. The only difference is that they are serial numbered in gold writing on the bottom of the card. Box odds were 4 Rookie Cards per box; I managed to pull 9 Rookie Cards and 1 Parallel Rookie Card.

The Rookie Remnants Relics has the player’s picture on the left side of the card. In the middle of the card is the Bowman Elevation logo and the team logo to the right. The design of this card is a nice touch as the color used in the background is the team colors of the player shown.

The Elevation Relics has the player’s picture on the right side of the card. On the top right corner is the Bowman Elevation logo and a gold border on the right side of the card. The player’s photo and gold coloring stick out as the main focus of this design.
Autograph Rookie Cards

The Autograph Rookie Cards have a grayish background with the Bowman Elevation Logo on the top right and the word Rookie in gold writing on the right side. The autograph is on a clear plexiglass on the left corner. The action photos of the players are in their away jerseys. The Belinelli Autograph also has a jersey swatch on the card.
Final Thoughts
Topps has me sold on their Bowman Elevation product. I managed to get a hot box as I beat the odds in pulling 10 Relic Cards, 2 Autograph Rookies, 9 Rookie Cards, and 3 Parallel Cards. The high quality and design used in the Rookie Writings is a good selling point for basketball collectors who do not like sticker autographs on their cards. Boxes range from $115 to $155 on internet sites. It is a great bargain for any collector who wants to huge rewards for low risk.
