Here's what we pulled from our Box.
2 base cards: #12 Ben Wallace & #13 Beno Udrih
Front: Nice design with crisp action shot, the background is blurred so the player stands out more. Name is written very small font with a foil stamp. The card has regular thickness.
Back: Design on the back is the same outline as the front without the foil stamping in the corners. Stats are only last 5 years. A small paragraph on one of the players significant games.
INKcredible Sonny Weems #I-SO card is numbered 002/499
Front: Card is regular thickness and again photo is sharp and in action. Signature is on sticker.
Back: Back of the card has close up of the same picture on front, but in black & white, and the note of authenticity that most auto & game used cards have.
SP Signature Rookies B.J. Mullens #R-BM card is numbered 189/199
Front: Card is regluar thickness and auto is on sticker.
Back No picture or stats on back.
Our pack also came with a fifth card. A Michael Jordan Legacy card.
Upper Deck has announced a Michael Jordan Legacy collection set that will be featured in 4 different basketball releases. The first product you can find the cards in is 2008/09 Upper Deck Lineage Basketball, which just went live. The other three with scheduled release dates are Radiance (April 29), Upper Deck (September 22nd), and First Edition (September 29th).
The set is 1170 cards, chronicling every single Chicago Bulls game MJ played in from his NBA Debut on October 26th, 1984 through his game clinching heroics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on June 14th 1998. Also randomly inserted are100 different game-used Michael Jordan Memorabilia Cards, each one numbered to 23.
Final Thoughts:
Sort of hard to rate this product after only opening one pack, but there is value to be had. With a pricetag of $35-$50 for a box of 4 cards with a guarantee of getting at least 2 auto's, I believe you have the potential to hit it big, especially if you pull a 2, 3 or 4 signature card.
Too bad we didn't pull one of the multi auto cards.
