Anyone still waiting for 06-07 UD Black packs from UD Redemption??

I spoke with them, and they have several projects relating to this and other redemptions - would not guarantee a date, but stated shipping in March and should receive by April.

I received an answer this morning :

"Thank you for contacting Upper Deck via email regarding your redemption.

We are very sorry for those delays with the UD Black Packs. We experienced some unforeseen issues that prevented us from shipping those cards as expected.

We however have good news! Our production department has advised us that all Black Packs have been produced and are currently getting ready to ship out. We expect all those to ship during February & March which means you should receive it sometime by April 2008 (as there are so many of them to ship out, your particular package may not ship until the last few days of February, hence our expectations of March as reception date).

Thank you for your patience and feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions or comments.

Got this reply today......

Hey Gordon,

I could have sent you the revised version of the template below … but I thought a more personal message might be better.

Sadly, there were more delays in producing the black packs and they did not start shipping out until last week. However, we were told last week that all black packs currently pending had been taken of and they are shipping out as we speak. Due to the large number of them, it may take around 6 weeks for them to all ship but we expect everyone to receive their black packs by late May at the latest.

We thank you very much for your patience while went through those production issues. We think you will be more than pleased with the cards you will find in your black pack.
