My Card Inventory

Default Too Much MJ?

One thing I notice when scanning through the latest Beckett,is that every Upper Deck product has a Michael Jordan base card. Now if I didn't know any better,I would think Jordan was still an active player. To me,this looks like a desperate move on UD's part. Are today's superstars not marketable?Judging by the price of LeBron and Kobe stuff,Upper Deck can stop living in the past.I understand Jordan is the greatest player the game has ever seen.I can see having his autos inserted in packs,or including him in Legends type sets. But including him as the only retired player amongst today's young stars is a little ridiculous.

What do you think?Too much MJ?Not enough?

Way too much in my opinion, but I have never been a fan of MJ.

its too much imo also. even leave him out of Au sets and only issue 2 or 3 au's per year. that keeps the untouchable aura around his cards.
