Here are the 15 players chosen for the 08-09 All NBA Teams. Lebron James was the only unanimous selection. He received the most votes with all 122 First Place votes for a total of 610 Points. Kobe Bryant was second with 119 First Place votes for a total of 604 Points. Dwight Howard was third with 116 First Place votes for a total of 598 Points.

I am surprised Chauncey made the list. He made Denver a better team, but his numbers weren't that great. It looks like, as with the MVP award, players get more votes depending on how well their teams did. The only guy on the three lists who didn't make the playoffs is Shaq, who probably gets it just because he is Shaq and because the center position is so weak today compared to its prominence in the early and mid 90s (young Shaq, Zo, and Mutombo; prime Hakeem, Ewing, Robinson, Smits, etc.).

Kwame Brown didn't make the list? Seriously though these are always up for great debate but all are deserving and I agree Danny Granger could have easily made this list but maybe since he just got an award this week they decided to skip him here
