Very nice review. I like the way the base cards look and also like the wide variety of inserts. The Carlton card is a very cool pull. Overall a nice product.

What's not to like? Aside from the damaged Cap Logo card, I like the appearance and assortment of inserts and parallels and all the rest of it. Very nice review! Thanks Topps!

Thanks so much for the very nice review and all of the information. I really think that they did a wonderful job with the classic, old fashioned looking card. I think that they're the hit of the box. The Steve Carlton card is very nice looking but I don't really like the manufactured type cards as much as the other big jersey cards since they weren't really worn in the game.

I love the 2010 topps product this year. Series 2 added Vintage Legends Collection and Topps 2020 inserts which I think are really cool. What I don't like that is new to Series 2 are the Topps Attax inserts. But obviously they are trying to draw in kids and really market this game which probably is fun but as a collector the cards aren't anything to get excited about with their big numbers on the front and generic backs necessary for the game.

Another thing that I don't like, because I am a team set collector, is having no manager card. The manager profile is relegated to the back of the random photo team card. Because of those things I would give this year's product an A- overall.

Great review and a great combination of the modern players with the classic. The set offers young collectors a good variety and a lot of different looks, so there's a lot to appeal to everyone in this set.

Nice review on a "solid" product! You can always count on Topps for great inserts.......
