Cards win game 1

I was out most of the night so missed most of the game but did see the last couple of innings as the Cards held on to win game 1. I am sorta pulling for the Rangers as they have not won a championship but I would not mind if the Cards pull it off as well. Looks like a nice close game that could have gone either way with a clutch hit here or there...both teams had chances to extend the lead or take the lead.

It was a very close game if Cruz made that catch it would have gone to extra innings possible changing the outcome..

it was a crazy play...like you said if he catchs it that whole game could have been different...if it does not hit his leg the Cards would probably have scored two more runs and had a guy on third
