2009 Topps Unique
Each hobby box will include one autograph and one jumbo Relic (numbered to 40 or less) or a Patch Relic (numbered to 99 or less) as well as a numbered Relic that could have as many as three pieces.
The base set consists of 200 cards — 50 rookies and 150 veterans — and will be parallel-intensive with four versions of every card. There will be Unique, Reserve, Select and Premier cards.
The inserts include Unique Unis, Unparallelled Performances and Alone at the Top — all with parallels as well — while 192 players will appear on patch or jumbo Relic cards in the set.
For the autograph collectors, there’s Gamebreaker Autographs, Dynamic Dual Autographs, Triple Threat Autographs, Gamebreaker Autograph Relics, Dynamic Dual Autograph Relics, Triple Threat Autographs Relics and Jumbo Autograph Relics.

Here's what we pulled from our box of 2009 Topps Unique-
Base- 113/200 56% 31 rookies -12 SPs
Cards are regular thickness. Front has a nice action photo of the player and the background is blurred out to make the player stand out more. You can't see it in the scan, but the players last name is written on the side, very cool effect. The back has last years stats and career totals, along with a small highlight paragraph. Card number is very easy to read.
I don't know how many SP's are included in the base set, but they are numbered on the back and numbered to 1829. We pulled 12 SP's in our box.
Parallels-
The Orange Parallel or "Premier" is 2 times as thick as a regular card and numbered to 799
The Brown Parallels or "Reserve" "Select" "Unique" are numered to 99, 25 and 1/1. These cards are recular thickness.
Inserts-
Unique Unis- These inserts are very cool. Photos are taken from the game where the player is wearing the throwback uniform.
Unparalleled Performances- These inserts show players with their greatest game.
Alone At The Top- These inserts are the stats leaders from last year.
Gamebreakers Game Used-
Gamebreakers Autos- Auto is on a sticker, but card is cut out to fit the sticker nicely.
Jumbo Patch- This card is as thick as 6 regular cards and numbered to 20. Hard to scan because the card is cut out and patch is sunken. Very cool!
My thoughts- A great looking product with a lot of rookies and the top 3 or 4 players from each team. There are a lot of parallels to chase and the inserts are really cool. The autos are still on a sticker, but the card is designed very well to fit it. The jumbo patch looks awesome.
