Yes you read it right, Im starting up the TR NPN program yet again. Of course there are some rules (and we will get to them), and this time EVERYONE is able to send in, no matter if youre a rookie, mod, or even the site owner

How do you enter? Simple. Send me the following
SASE + Toploader (sorry, Im not topps or UD. I cant afford the postage LOL)
and Index card with your Name & addy, TR ID and what sport you would prefer from the list below
Baseball
Basketball
Football
Hockey
Non-sport
(Racing and wrestling may be added in the futre but right now that all I have to work with). Also please put "TR NPN" on the envelope.
And let me gaurentee you EVERYONE will get something and there will be no commons. If you are one of the lucky ones to get a GU, I will supply the toploader for it.
