I think he should have been parked for a race. It's one thing to punt another driver that is belted in and somewhat protected.....it's a good thing that jackman was paying attention.
Harvick got parked from a CUP race based on his actions in a Truck race and he didn't come as close to any crew member!
Do you think NASCAR will show any consistancy with it's penalties to the Hendrick teams?
