Yeah, but it is really black, though. From his number, i think, which is all black (best pic I could take of it. I shoulda taken it outta the screwdown)...has white jersey below it.
Here's a better example of what the "area" of the patch really is ~ the pic that has my other 22 (the black part in my new one is about 2/5 of the die-cut):
