That sucks for you, I only had to wait 10 months for mine. I hope they send you something good.

The bullsh*t reason they gave me when I called was that they probably pulled it back because they wanted to add more value to what they were sending. I've been waiting 16 months for this redemption. They assured me it would be sent by the end of February, but I'm not holding my breath.
