basically you have to "shuffle" your line up each week... you get one "superstar" driver.. two in the mid class.. and one from the "lower group"... those are the active drivers and you have some back ups too.. they all garner you points from qualifying... and then you pick who is to start on race day for you based on qualifying, hunches etc. then you get points for their place, laps led etc. This goes on like this for every race. The only kicker is that you can only use a driver 8 times during the year so its sort of strategy to save your guys for certain races.....I think I finished 4th or 5th last year
