My Card Inventory

Default Starting new collection and need help!

All right. I have just started working on the 2006 Leaf R&S Elements set. I love the fact that they play football in inclimate weather. It's a toughness thing, right? After 32 seconds of rain in baseball they call a game - football had the 'Ice Bowl'. Well, previous to finding this set I was thinking about starting to collect cards that picture extreme inclimate weather. Doesn't matter what team - what player, year or condition. I figured I could go through the cheap boxes and pay a buck for a handful. An interesting collection that wouldn't be too spendy.

Stay with me.

Then I figured this could be a daunting task. So when something appears too big you get people to help, right? And that is why I am posting this. If you come across any cards that show a lot of snow or tons of rain I would like you to send them to me. It wouldn't need to be sent in a bubble mailer or anything like that. A regular envelope for $.39. Now, here comes the part where I ask for the generosity of the collecting community; to do it for free.

What do you get out of it? Well, the only thing I can do is show you the progress of the collection and you having the knowledge that you contributed to it and its infinite greatness. That no other collection of this sort will ever rear its ugly head and you, yes YOU, were a part of it.

And no this is not a call to hopefully get some free, expensive cards - I would prefer they NOT be expensive. It defeats one of the two points of the collection which is inclimate weather and cheap.

So, if anyone is interested in this please reply - and if you want to send some - pm me and I will send you my address.

Thanks for your time.
